Art Gallery

 The art gallery is the perfect opportunity for anyone to showcase their works during the art exhibition during the largest event dedicated to professionals of the video game industry in Canada and on the East Coast. The art gallery will be at the heart of the event, in the exhibition area, in front of 2,000 participants from around the world.  It is not necessary to be registered to MIGS to submit artwork.

Montreal ACM SIGGRAPH will present the best videos from the prestigious Computer Animation Festival, a first class international competition which stands as the most innovative exploration event in field animation and visual effects.

 

Printed Technical Specifications:

Artwork printing will be carried out by MIGS (24 X 36)

Resolution: 300 dpi to 24 X 36

File Formats: InDesign, Illustrator, Quark, and high-resolution PDF

*Note : If you want to expose an artwork larger than 24 X 36, please contact Sylvain Barbeau. The production (printing + delivery) of your artwork will be on your responsibility.

 

Video /Animation Technical Specification

Formats: .avi .mov. mpg .mpeg .mp4

Length : 1 minute max

 

Costs:

Artists are asked to pay $ 25 per artwork to cover the costs of printing and displaying.

 

Deadline:

Submission of your artistic production must be completed before November 5, 2012.
